The Water molecule is made of Hydrogen and Oxygen (H2O). In the human body,  there are two basic types of water: H2O & H3O.OH.

When we are young, our bodies  contain a high level of H3O.OH, but as we age, the levels decrease and we become  dehydrated so it is more important than ever to to get plenty of water as we get older.  


Major functions of Energy Water include normalization of bodily function, nutritional balancing, buffering biological toxicants and performing as an anti-oxidant.
